I. The headquarters extends heartfelt blessings, while traditional handicrafts let you experience the charm of cultural heritage.

On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Kaidi Co., Ltd. coordinated and advanced its domestic holiday‑care initiatives, successfully completing both the distribution of Mid-Autumn benefits and the “A Full Moon on Mid-Autumn—Adding Beauty to Excellence” intangible cultural heritage Song brocade handcraft experience event, ensuring that all domestic employees could fully enjoy the warmth of the season.

On September 21, the Group distributed Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes to all regular employees in a centralized ceremony. Employees from each department collected their boxes in an orderly manner, and the atmosphere was filled with festive cheer throughout the event.

In recognition of the fact that some employees are traveling to the United States on business, the company has specially arranged for mooncake gift boxes to be delivered directly to their homes. These thoughtful gifts strengthen the emotional bonds between the company and its employees’ families, enabling overseas staff to focus on their duties with peace of mind while allowing their loved ones to feel the warmth of the Kaidi family. This special gesture builds a heartfelt bridge between the company and its employees’ households, embodying Kaidi’s unwavering commitment to caring for every member of its community.

On the afternoon of September 24, the intangible cultural heritage–themed Song brocade handcrafting experience was held as scheduled in Conference Room 204, with 30 employees from various departments taking part.

As a national-level intangible cultural heritage, Song brocade is renowned as the “crown of brocades.” The event featured a special lecture by a teacher from the Changzhou Trade Union, who shared the history of Song brocade’s development, its weaving techniques, and the auspicious symbolism embedded in its diverse patterns, guiding participants to appreciate the artisan spirit behind this millennia-old traditional craft. Following the presentation, attendees moved on to a hands-on workshop, where they used Song brocade fabric to create their own small Mid-Autumn Festival accessories, such as hair ornaments and pendants.

Amidst the cutting and stitching, the usual hectic pace of work slows down, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the joy of handmade crafts and weave their heartfelt wishes for reunion during the Mid-Autumn Festival into their creations. Many employees remarked that the hands-on experience was both soothing and stress‑relieving, and that the finished pieces make thoughtful gifts for family—carrying a unique sense of commemoration. At the event, participants posed for photos with their creations, fostering cross‑departmental communication under the influence of traditional culture and further strengthening their sense of belonging.

II. Heartwarming Gatherings at Overseas Bases: Chinese and Vietnamese Employees Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival under the Full Moon

To help frontline overseas employees far from home feel the festive spirit, on the afternoon of September 19, Kaidi Shares’ Vietnam plant hosted a joint birthday celebration for Chinese and Vietnamese staff, along with a Mid-Autumn Festival outreach event. These heartwarming activities fostered cultural exchange between China and Vietnam and conveyed the Group headquarters’ care and support.

The event venue was thoughtfully decorated, with cakes, fresh fruit, and an array of tea‑time treats creating a warm, home‑like atmosphere. During the birthday celebration, Chinese and Vietnamese employees who were marking their birthdays gathered together, sang “Happy Birthday,” and made wishes before blowing out the candles. Factory management presented gifts to the honorees, expressing gratitude to all staff for their dedication and hard work in supporting the Group’s global expansion. Many employees shared that being remembered on their special day, even far from home, filled them with heartfelt warmth, while the collective gathering helped ease the stress of working overseas.

Following the birthday celebration, the distribution of Mid-Autumn Festival gifts officially began. On behalf of the Group headquarters, factory management staff delivered mooncake gift boxes to every Chinese and Vietnamese employee, ensuring that all—regardless of nationality or job role—received warm wishes for a joyful and harmonious Mid-Autumn reunion.

Kaidi Shares’ overseas bases consistently uphold the Group’s people‑centric management philosophy. By combining this year’s group birthday celebration with Mid-Autumn Festival outreach, the company has demonstrated its dual commitment to the material and emotional well-being of its overseas employees, while also fostering cultural integration between Chinese and Vietnamese staff.

Going forward, the Vietnam factory will continue to enhance its employee care programs, enrich cross-cultural engagement initiatives, and unite all Chinese and Vietnamese employees in a spirit of solidarity, thereby driving the Group’s overseas operations steadily ahead.

Taking the Mid-Autumn Festival as a bridge, Kaidi Shares seamlessly integrates domestic and international initiatives, turning holiday benefits and cultural experiences into tangible realities. Moving forward, the company will continue to cultivate corporate cultural programs that are both warm and meaningful, safeguarding employees’ sense of well-being and uniting all staff in a spirit of collaboration and shared progress.
